Shipping & Return Policy

🚚 Shipping Information

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Most orders ship via UPS, though larger orders may be delivered by pallet courier.

  • All orders receive a tracking number once dispatched.

  • We operate established delivery routes in multiple states. Contact us for route details or questions.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s total weight and shipping destination. For bulk or freight shipping quotes, feel free to contact us directly.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly due to location, order volume, or carrier delays.


📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours and include clear photographs of the issue.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk.

  2. Verify your shipping address, including apartment/suite numbers.

  3. Contact UPS immediately to set up a TRACE. You have 7 days from the delivery notification to initiate it.

  4. Request a trace number from UPS and notify us once it has been started.

After UPS investigates (typically 3–5 business days), they will determine:

  • If the package is officially lost, you may file a claim directly with UPS.

  • Or if it was delivered correctly based on GEO tracking and driver verification.


🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of religious and spiritual products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue to begin the resolution process.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging

  • Requests related to damaged or defective products must include photographic evidence

Once we receive and inspect the return:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the return is processed

Please note:

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable service for your return

  • Returns for items that are not damaged or defective will not be accepted
