What is the estimated time frame for shipping and receiving my order?

We ensure a fast processing time, as orders are dispatched within one to two days after being placed. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 business days.

Which shipping carrier will handle the delivery of my order?

The majority of shipments are sent via UPS; however, in certain instances, your order may be dispatched using a pallet courier. Regardless of the method, you will receive a tracking number to help you stay informed about the arrival of your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer established routes to multiple states. Contact us today to talk with a representative.

What steps should I take if some of the items in my order arrived damaged?

While it is uncommon, there are occasions when an item may arrive damaged. If this happens, it's crucial to reach out to us within 24 hours and share photographs of the issue.

My order shows as delivered, but I haven't received it.

Check with neighbors if they received the package in error.
Confirm you have provided the correct shipping address, including any apartment or suite numbers.
IF the package has not been located, call UPS and set up a TRACE ASAP! Get the trace number and notify us that you did not receive the package and that you have set up a trace. You have 7 days after delivery notification to set up a trace. Sooner it’s done, the better.
UPS will tell you one of 2 things after 3-5 days in investigation: 1. It’s lost and to file a claim OR 2. It was delivered correctly based on GEO tracking and after asking the delivery driver.
If they say it’s lost - The Buyer can file a claim directly on UPS.

Can I return my order?

We are happy to accept return or refund requests within 7 days of delivery. To initiate the process, simply contact customer service. Please be aware that any requests concerning defective or damaged items must include accompanying photographs.

To qualify for a refund, items should be sent back in their original condition along with the packaging. Once we receive your return and verify its state, we'll proceed with issuing your refund to the initial payment method. An email notification will be sent to you once the return has been completed.

Shipping and delivery costs are not eligible for refunds. Customers must cover all expenses related to return shipping. We suggest utilizing a trackable service for your return shipment to guarantee confirmation of delivery.

Merchandise that is returned and is neither defective nor damaged will incur a 20% restocking fee.
